摘要:以常州市武進(jìn)區(qū)污水處理廠生活污泥焚燒處理工程為例,詳細(xì)介紹了污泥干化與焚燒技術(shù)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用情況。該工程案例主要技術(shù)路線采用圓盤干化+流化床焚燒,設(shè)計(jì)焚燒處理規(guī)模為450 t/d(污泥含水率為80%)。經(jīng)過前期的試運(yùn)行和不斷改進(jìn)完善,該工程達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),為武進(jìn)區(qū)污泥的深度減量化、穩(wěn)定化、無害化與資源化利用打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
Abstract:Taking the sewage sludge incineration project of Wujin sewage treatment plant in Changzhou City as an example, the practical application of sludge drying and incineration technology is elaborated. The main technical route of the project case is disc drying and fluidized bed incineration, and the design incineration capability is 450 t/d (based on the sludge water content of 80%). After the preliminary trial operation and continuous improvement, the project has reached the design conditions, and laid a solid foundation for the deep reduction, stabilization, harmless and resource utilization of sludge in Wujin district.

Abstract:- Taking the sewage sludge incineration project of Wujin sewage treatment plant in Changzhou City as an example, the practical application of sludge drying and incineration technology is elaborated.
